Sunday, January 30, 2011. Happy Valentines to one and all. Dear Friends and Family,. We have had a wonderful visits from our grandchildren, Selena, Isabella, Sofia and Ava. Spending time with them brings a lightness to our hearts and mind. Our dear friend Ilene, has been coming regularly to give me Reiki treatments, which does wonders to calm the body and mind, puts me in a completely relaxed state. Take the time to tell the ones you love how much you care, and treasure your ti.
